Have you tried to prepare yourself for PMP certification or exam? If so, then you share with me the opinion that most of the PMP books and guides are remarkable of hundreds of pages that are full of hard to understand complex sentences that leave you by the end of studying day dizzy and could hardly get couple of information to remember.
Most of these books need you to understand the writer concept before starting to understand the PMP concepts itself. Andrew Stellman and Jennifer Greene approach in their Head First PMP book is considered a jump in writing about PMP. The new approach that supports each concept with illustration makes it easy for you to understand the PMP concepts and materials in short sentences and easy to understand concept.
The Head First PMP covers the PMBOK guide principles and certification objectives. But in Fact, it provides you an understanding to the full picture of the PM process and let you go beyond just tough concepts. And I think this is the best advantage you can get from this book.
