LOS ANGELES, June 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorldCompanies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWDC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc. (eWorlde) has entered into an agreement with 4-Platinum.com, Inc. to provide live streaming entertainment and educational programming through eWorld's Boomerang Media Station. Under the terms of the agreement, 4-Platinum will install its LCE Encoder "Black Box" live streaming video technology as needed for eWorld-sponsored Events and projects, eWorld will provide the online advertising content, and both companies will co-produce the programs and participate in revenue sharing for all income received. Initial projects will include live streaming of exclusive musical events sponsored by eWorld and its strategic partners, including premium concerts and events for select charities and non-profit organizations featuring leading celebrities, as well as eWorld's in-house presentations, trainings and corporate events.
The parties have also agreed to a series of cross-promotions in which eWorld will create advertising content and promote 4-Platinum through its Boomerang Media Station, and 4-Platinum will actively promote eWorld Entertainment and the Boomerang Media Station through its online and print publications and company functions.
4-Platinum has developed exclusive technology that can be utilized at virtually any location to create concert quality streaming video and audio in a form that can be broadcast live via the Internet, thereby delivering to its users a real-time, be-there-now, concert-type experience. eWorld's Boomerang Media Station(R) is a free software program that is unique in its ability to stream rich media within the actual application. Boomerang functions as an online entertainment guide while providing one-click access to the Internet's best sites for music, movies, celebrities, games, sports and entertainment news and other experiences and convenience benefits.
