CRM Magazine Presents Its 2014 Market Awards at the CRM Evolution Conference

CRM magazine announced the recipients of its 2014 CRM Market Awards in its August 2014 issue. The 13th annual CRM Market Awards honor the vendors, consultants, and client companies focused on enhancing customer experiences and relationships through the sophisticated integration of people, processes, and technologies.

In total, 36 vendors are recognized in this year’s CRM Market Leader Awards across 10 industry categories. Early adopters of IoT viewed it mainly as a different term for machine-to-machine connectivity or M2M. This is understandable since a prerequisite for any IoT solution is the ability to collect and aggregate device data, which is most often presented in a dashboard. In her session at @ThingsExpo, Natalia Ponomareva, Software Engineer at Google, provided tips on how to be successful in large scale machine learning...

Much of IT terminology is often misused and misapplied. Modernization and transformation are two such terms. They are often used interchangeably even though they mean different things and have very different connotations.
