CRM magazine announced the recipients of its 2014 CRM Market Awards in its August 2014 issue. The 13th annual CRM Market Awards honor the vendors, consultants, and client companies focused on enhancing customer experiences and relationships through the sophisticated integration of people, processes, and technologies.
In total, 36 vendors are recognized in this year’s CRM Market Leader Awards across 10 industry categories. Each category recognizes one Market Winner, denoting the company receiving the highest score compared with its peers; four Market Leaders; and a “One to Watch.” Additionally, CRM magazine honored five Influential Leaders, six Rising Stars, and four CRM Elite implementation awards.
The CRM Market Awards are given to recognize individuals and companies that have performed at the highest level, shaping the industry and pushing it forward.

Recipients of the CRM Market Leader Awards were determined through an extensive process and proprietary rating formula that polls industry analysts for product and functionality assessments, company direction, and customer satisfaction. Product and services costs and financial and corporate information are also factored into overall scores.

- B2B marketing provider Demandbase; and
- Savo, a provider of sales enablement and productivity solutions.
Lastly, CRM magazine named four customer implementations as winners of its CRM Elite Award:

- SeatGeek, a URX deployment; and
- Sony Computer Entertainment America, a Salesforce.com deployment.
The 2014 CRM Market Awards will be presented to award recipients on August 18, 2014, during the opening reception at the CRM Evolution conference, held at the Marriott Marquis in New York.
