Elastic Path and Cognifide, a WPP Agency, Join Forces in Europe to Deliver Elastic Path Commerce Software for Adobe Experience Manager

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/14 -- Elastic Path Software Inc., the digital commerce company, today announced it has signed a strategic regional partnership with Cognifide, one of Europe's largest digital experience agencies.

Under the agreement, Cognifide will deliver agile digital marketing solutions and commerce-enabled customer experiences using the Elastic Path commerce platform and Adobe Marketing Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe's leading Web experience management solution.

"As a strategic Adobe partner, we're experts in delivering experience-driven solutions that give our clients a competitive edge, so Elastic Path Edition for Adobe Experience Manager is a natural fit," said Amar Patel, Head of Alliances at Cognifide. "Digital marketing has evolved into digital business and Elastic Path enables our customers to join physical and digital commerce experiences."

Cognifide is a leader in delivering Adobe solutions, including several successful implementations of Adobe Experience Manager. Elastic Path introduced its new flagship product, Elastic Path Edition for Adobe Experience Manager, to great fan-fare at Adobe Summit in March 2014.

"Adobe has a long-standing relationship with Cognifide in delivering exceptional experience-driven projects for Europe's biggest brands," said Peter Ford, Head of EMEA Partners and Alliances at Adobe Systems Europe. "Cognifide and Elastic Path represent a potent combination of marketing expertise and advanced commerce capability, and along with Adobe Experience Manager can help marketers deliver digital experiences to drive revenue and increase customer lifetime value."

Cognifide is majority owned by WPP, the world's largest digital agency network, and Wunderman, the #1 global digital agency network. Cognifide's clients include Virgin Media, GSK, RBS, John Lewis, Shell, and Roche as well as the world's leading companies from financial services, life sciences, media & entertainment, and retail.

"In this new digital economy, brands that can leverage digital experiences to generate revenue and win over new customers are going to be the most successful," said Abid Khan, Director, Solution Design, Technology & Transformation, Virgin Media, who is currently implementing a platform using Elastic Path and Adobe Experience Manager. "Having commerce and experience management under one unifying platform will help us deliver a superior experience for our customers," Khan said.

The new partnership is part of Elastic Path's expanding partnership strategy, which seeks to build the industry's most extensive partner network in Europe, APAC, and the Americas.

Elastic Path Edition for Adobe Experience Manager brings sophisticated, enterprise-grade merchandising, monetization, and customer account management features directly into the familiar Adobe Experience Manager authoring environment, complementing its existing capabilities. It's the industry's most powerful solution for delivering experience-driven commerce solutions without the complexity and headaches associated with other commerce systems.

"When we released our new commerce product for Adobe Experience Manager at Adobe Summit, we knew the market would react positively but what we've seen so far has exceeded expectations," said Matt Dion, Vice President Marketing, Elastic Path. "Analysts are fielding more calls than ever from leading companies looking into the Elastic Path solution. It's been tremendous."
