Using GFI MAX RemoteManagement, GFI's award-winning hosted remote management and monitoring tool, Cloud Services Depot's NOC team of highly skilled engineers monitors customers' infrastructure 24/7 to identify and remediate problems before users are affected. To keep managed systems optimized and secure, the NOC team configures GFI MAX RemoteManagement software on each supported device; continuously monitors servers, workstations and other network devices by means of GFI MAX alerts and alarms; and troubleshoots and remediates all detected issues. Additional services provided by the NOC team include performing basic system administration; managing Microsoft® operating systems and application patches and service packs; and updating third party applications, such as Adobe® and Java™ using GFI MAX's industry-leading patch management capabilities.
"The partnership between GFI MAX and Cloud Services Depot is a powerful combination for any reseller looking to grow their business," said Frank Hughes, CEO, Cloud Services Depot. "Resellers now have a turnkey, best-of-breed solution to deliver 24/7 services for break/fix and managed services clients."

"Over the years we have had GFI MAX customers ask for Network Operations Center services to complement the GFI MAX RemoteManagement solution, and we have seen this trend grow as MSPs seek to maximize the agility of their operations using flexible resource models," said Dr. Alistair Forbes, general manager of the GFI MAX Business Unit. "In response, we established this partnership with the industry's premier private-label NOC services provider."
"Continuous monitoring of the health of client networks and the ability to respond quickly are key capabilities for any IT services organization, but they often require 24/7 staffing and a broad base of expertise to resolve different types of technical issues," Forbes continued. "By leveraging NOC services in combination with GFI MAX RemoteManagement, MSPs can outsource routine infrastructure management to a dedicated team of system administrators and keep internal resources focused on delivering superior customer service and growing the managed services practice."
