NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/12 -- [x+1], a leading provider of digital marketing and data management software, today announced an important update to the [x+1] Origin enterprise Data Management Platform (DMP) -- a key element of the [x+1] Origin Digital Marketing Hub. Origin 4.2 includes expanded audience syndication capabilities, an improved decisioning interface and new tools for organizing first-party data. These improvements have been designed to give marketers better access to more refined tools for reaching and engaging their audiences.
The [x+1] Origin enterprise DMP is designed for multi-touchpoint programmatic marketing. Origin delivers an unprecedented ability to use first and third party data to target audiences across the full range of marketing channels: both paid and owned. This capability has been one of great values [x+1] has provided its clients. With the enhancements included in Origin 4.2, the value of Origin has been expanded through broader reach into the media ecosystem and more intuitive targeting and control.
"Marketers are always seeking more effective paths to their customers and prospects," said Bridget Bidlack, vice president, product management at [x+1]. "With the introduction of the latest version of the Origin DMP, we have provided a number of new features and enhancements that will provide the tools and access they need to connect with their audiences."
Three key enhancements have been introduced with this update:
- Expanded Syndication Partners - dramatically expands one-click sharing of audiences to dozens of demand-side platforms, networks and publishers. As a result, marketers have more channels to reach their customers without having to duplicate their efforts.
- Self-Service Tools for Audience Data - gives Origin users the flexibility to organize their data in the way that best meets their needs. This allows marketers to decide for themselves how their customer data should be stored, organized and -- ultimately -- put to work.
- Decisioning UI - provides Origin customers with the broadest range of tools for extending audience targeting to third-party systems. Marketers can more easily integrate real-time audience data into content management systems, Adobe Test&Target and Oracle's RightNow chat solutions, among others.
"These are important improvements," said Bidlack. "They take many of the core capabilities that our customers depend on and strengthen them. This process of iterative improvement based on the changing needs of our customers and the market is something we are committed to and deliver on a regular and ongoing basis."
[x+1] is a marketing technology provider that combines a leading enterprise Data Management Platform (DMP) with multi-channel execution capabilities powered by a patented real-time decision engine, Web Services APIs, and advanced analytics. Top companies in financial services, automotive, retail, CPG, telecommunications, online services and travel have significantly increased the performance of their digital marketing investment by using [x+1]'s solutions and services. [x+1] has been singled out as a "leader" in "The Forrester Wave: Demand-Side Platforms, Q4 2011."
