JACKSONVILLE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- BinaryNow, Inc. released PDF Impress 2013, a new generation of PDF conversion software. New Windows 8 Modern style user interface allows users to drag & drop files directly to PDF or PDF/A profile. This new Windows 8 style experience is available also on the older Windows XP/VISTA/7 systems. Now, users can have full control of their favorite software by defining their own color theme or pick one of the 22 professional color themes already available. When creating their own conversion profiles or watchers, they can use any of 27 pre-setup icons, load their own icon and define the color on the fly.
PDF Impress 2013 uses print output for conversion into an Adobe Acrobat compatible PDF file. Choose from multiple page sizes, orientations, watermark / stamp insertion, metadata access and file resolutions (up to 2400 DPI). Secure and encrypt PDF documents with 40-bit or 128-bit RC4 encryption, add password protection and PDF permissions. Easily embed file attachments, sign documents electronically using a digital certificate and email the PDF file automatically with the integrated SMTP client. Use built-in PDF Tools to merge, split, extract, insert, remove, rotate pages, add attachments, watermarks, stamps and digital signature, optimize and setup PDF layout. Increase your productivity by using the PDF Impress Watchers to convert multiple office documents in watched folders to PDF, PDF/A, the most common graphic formats (bmp, jpeg, wmf, emf, eps, png, gif, tiff, emf+,) or HTML 5.
IT managers can easily control how employees create Adobe PDF files with included profiles: Standard, High Quality Print, Smallest File Size, Confidential, and Archive (PDF/A), or user defined PDF output. Set up default settings and custom profiles/watchers, and include them in your own MSI installation package.
Pricing for PDF Impress 2013 starts at $99.95 for a 3-user license and ends at $2,999.95 for 250 users. Enterprise license allows loading this PDF converter on every computer in the organization.
