iJento consolida su liderazgo en Customer Intelligence con una financiación de $8 millones liderada por MMC Ventures, Nauta Capital y Oxford Capital Partners

iJento, líder en soluciones software de Customer Intelligence multi-canal, ha comunicado que ha recibido una inversión de capital de $8 millones, liderada por MMC Ventures y sus actuales inversores, Nauta Capital y Oxford Capital Partners, para impulsar su crecimiento y liderazgo en su segmento de mercado.

Esta nueva inversión en iJento se ha visto impulsada por diversos factores clave:

  • Oportunidad de mercado: el segmento del Digital and Customer Intelligence es un mercado en plena explosión en el que compañías centradas en la experiencia e inteligencia alrededor del cliente han invertido enormes sumas de capital en tecnología especializada en proporcionar una mejora en el entendimiento del comportamiento de sus clientes.
