SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/23/12 -- InsideView, the only social intelligence provider to reveal the person behind the contact, today announced the appointment of Jim Lightsey as Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Croson Vice President of Enterprise Sales, and the promotion of Greg Brush to Senior Vice President of Sales and Greg Volm to Vice President of Corporate Sales. The appointments signal the company's momentum in the growing social business marketplace.

Experienced Financial Leadership
As InsideView's Chief Financial Officer, Jim Lightsey will lead the company's strategic planning, financial management, business operations and analytics, accounting and human resources functions. Prior to InsideView, Jim was a managing director with Crimson Consulting Group where he drove marketing strategy engagements and managed key client relationships with leading technology and healthcare companies. Jim was also Founder and CEO of, emindhealth, Inc., a SaaS-based healthcare startup that was sold to Workplace Options in 2005. In addition, Jim brings experience from several Fortune 500 companies, gained through his leadership role in Accenture's Strategic Service practice and his management of public company financial audits for Ernst & Young. Jim is a CPA and holds an MBA in Multinational Management from the Wharton School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a BA from the University of California Santa Barbara, with high honors.
Sales Leadership Expands to Meet Demand
The company also announced expansion of its sales leadership with the strategic addition of Jeffery Croson as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Croson brings fifteen years of sales and executive sales management experience in high-tech companies, with strength in the area of large enterprise sales. Chosen for his ability to meet the needs of enterprise as they embrace social business practices, Croson will lead the enterprise sales division from the InsideView office in Austin, Texas. Previously, Croson served in sales, consulting and strategist capacities with Convergys, Lotus Development and IBM. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Texas.
InsideView also announced the promotion of Gregory Brush to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Brush has led the company's rapid expansion to a base of over 200,000 users in 30 countries around the globe. Over his four-year tenure with InsideView, Brush has driven user adoption of the InsideView application and driven the growth of InsideView revenues each year for the last four, and with 2011 revenues doubling those of 2010. As Senior Vice President of Sales, Brush will continue to focus on growing InsideView's business across various business segments, industries, and geographies as InsideView gains a larger market-share of the social business marketplace.
Greg Volm, an experienced leader in inside sales functions & operations and an InsideView veteran, was also promoted to Vice President of Corporate Sales. Greg will continue to lead the company's expansion in both new & existing accounts with the corporate sales team.
