Have you ever felt the need to ask a question about a product you are shopping online from the online retailer directly, just like you would do if you were in an open mall?
If yes, welcome to the 3 dimensional Web. The 3 dimensional Web is all about the ability to interact with the content provider/ product seller about the contents/products.
Today's web experience provides very little to interact with the content provider about their offerings. It is a perfect 2 dimensional web - You as a buyer and they as a seller.
I am going to talk about adding the 3rd dimension to the web experience in my talk at AJAXWORLD east at NYC. The topic of the discussion is "Context Driven UI".
Checkout the slides at http://ajaxworld.com/event/session/464
Please join me for a healthy discussion on this topic if you happen to be there.
